Processing time

*Orders inside Sri Lanka – Your ring will be dispatched within one week.

*Orders overseas – Your ring will be dispatched within one week however, you will receive the order within 2 to 3 weeks .

 

Return & Exchange
* We accept returns and cancellations under following criteria.

• Cancellation request should be done within 30 minutes of purchase.
• Return request should be done within 72 hours of delivery, items should be shipped back within 96 hours of delivery, tracking number should be provided.
• Items that are not returned within specified above may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refund will be issued once returned piece has been received and inspected.

Please note that return shipping costs will not be reimbursed and we cannot accept the return of items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or resized.

For items refused at delivery or returned due to non-payment of duties or “unclaimed” we will issue a store credit, minus original shipping costs, restocking fee and any associated duty fees and return postage fees.

 

Care
We recommend removing jewelry prior to hand washing, cooking, vigorous activity, entering a pool, and prior to sleeping. Please note that some gemstones such as opals, pearls and foiled gems require extra care and precaution. Professional cleaning is recommended or in a pinch, a simple gentle wash with tap water and dish liquid with a soft baby toothbrush (rinse thoroughly).
Foiled gemstones should not get wet, clean with a jewelry cleaning cloth only.
